Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop new business opportunities within the ELV systems sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ELV products and systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, structured cabling, and home automation solutions. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for ELV systems and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the client base.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the ELV or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA systems, and home automation.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management or technical sales support.
Existing relationships within the ELV market.
Familiarity with regional market trends and regulatory requirements.
