• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology

Idle Candidate Profile
• Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of AWS resources.
• Monitor and optimize cloud spending.
• Implement and manage backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Regularly update and patch all systems and services. Support with Patching vulnerabilities identified during VAPT exercises.
• Continuously monitor the performance of cloud resources.
• Identify and implement performance improvements.
• Plan for future capacity needs based on usage trends.
• Manage VPCs, ACLs, routing tables, and security groups.
• Manage DNS settings and configurations.
• Enable audit logs for all activities and integrate with SIEM.
• Provide regular reports on performance, security, and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure and processes. Keep Infrastructure as a code (AWS CloudFormation) if and as applicable.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Additionally, also provide timely and relevant support during an incident or Business continuity or Disaster recovery event.
• Coordinate with application team for infrastructure provisioning support and issue resolution.
• Regularly review and improve processes and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services and features.
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Clearly outline expected response and resolution times.
