A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Sales Engineer/Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Will be in-charge of generating sales for the local market mainly with air terminal products like: Grilles,
Registers, Linear Diffusers, Ceiling Diffusers, Sand Trap Louvers, Fresh Air Louvers, Non Return Dampers, Fire Dampers, Attenuators, Volume Control dampers and other Air Terminal Devices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Significant Points

1. Should be familiar with the Air Distribution products like GI & PI Ducts, and related accessories,
Fire damper, Grills and diffusers, VAV, VCD, Flexible duct and accessories etc.
2. A proven track record in specification sales with M&E consultants
3. Must be a technical solution sales person with a consultative approach
4. Must be focussed on long term client relationships
5. Comfortable with building regulations, construction drawings and the design of indoor climate and
ventilation systems
6. Ability to self manage, comfortable with using a CRM system

Experience :

Ideal candidate for the role is someone with 5 plus years of experience of which 3 should be in
sales and execution for air terminals or air distribution products mainly for manufacturing companies.
Preferred experience with conceptual as well as detailed HVAC estimating, project engineering, site
installation of ductworks and field supervision. Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems,
market conditions and trade practices. Conceptual ability to work with minimum information. Excellent oral and written

You should have valid driving license and should have local market experience in the GCC. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.

Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a required for this position.

Top Skills

● Excellent oral and written skills required.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
● A background of construction safety, OSHAS etc

Knowledge

● Excellent understanding of Engineering fundamentals
● Full knowledge and understanding of SMACNA, DW144, DW172, DW154, DW143 standards
● Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices

Salary is BD.230-350
