We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager with an engineering background to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on property maintenance, tenant relations, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Utilize engineering knowledge to assess and manage property maintenance needs. Coordinate repairs and improvements with service providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards, implementing necessary measures to uphold these requirements.
- Prepare the reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management softwares.
