Car Washer Duties and Responsibilities
Car Washers perform a range of tasks related to cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of cars to keep them looking new.

- Inspect cars for cleanliness, identifying areas that require more in-depth cleaning or special attention
- Use a variety of cleaning equipment and products to clean the exterior of cars, including car wash soap, water, brushes, and cloths
- Vacuum interior of cars to remove dirt and debris and clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces
- Wash car windows and mirrors with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
- Verify that proper levels of supplies are maintained in the car wash area
- May apply wax, sealant, and other protective agents to cars
- Ensure cars are dried properly to avoid water spots
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues promptly
