Job Description – Sales Associate (Vape Electronic Shisha Store)

Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
2. Explain vape and electronic shisha products to customers and assist them in choosing the right items.
3. Provide accurate information about product features and prices.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the store.
5. Organize and arrange products on shelves while maintaining cleanliness and order in the store.
6. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or stock needs.
7. Handle sales transactions using the POS system and issue receipts.
8. Address customer inquiries and resolve any product or service issues.
9. Stay updated on the latest vape and electronic shisha products and technologies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
10. Comply with store policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in sales (preferably in a similar field).
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
4. Professional and neat appearance.
5. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
6. Willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
