Position Overview:
The Registration and Receptionist at the training center is responsible for managing trainee registrations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming reception area. This role involves assisting trainees with the registration process, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Additionally, the role may require offering assistance with registrations on platforms such as Tamkeen Portal or the Ministry of Labor (MOL) if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Trainee Registration:
• Assist trainees with the registration process
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of registration details into the training center's database.
• Coordinate with trainers and management to align program capacities with registrations.

Reception Duties:
• Greet and assist visitors and trainees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

Assistance with Online Portals:
• Provide guidance and support to trainees needing assistance with registrations on external platforms like Tamkeen Portal or the Ministry of Labor (MOL).
• Ensure trainees understand the registration requirements and procedures on these platforms.
• Assist with navigating online registration portals and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Administrative Support whenever there is a need :
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing training materials and scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions, including room bookings and equipment setup.
• Support other administrative functions as necessary to facilitate the smooth operation of the training center.

Customer Service:
• Address trainees' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear and accurate information to trainees regarding programs, schedules, and registration processes.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and office tasks.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with online registration portals like Tamkeen Portal or MOL is advantageous.
