Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Production Project Engineer with:

- Education & Experience:A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems and ductwork, and a successful track record in sales.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in designing and optimizing commercial ventilation systems, and hands-on experience with CAD software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ventilation standards and regulations.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Experience in executing project plans and resolving complex on-site issues professionally.
- Sales & Communication: Strong sales skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, understand their ventilation needs, and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize commercial ventilation systems to meet client specifications.
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Utilize CAD software to develop and refine system designs.
- Ensure compliance with ventilation standards and regulations.
- Address and resolve any on-site problems or issues professionally.
