A premium quality food trading company is looking for an operation supervisor with experience in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at each outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.
Manage inventory, ordering, and display of packaged food products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Work with management to achieve sales targets and improve operational performance.
Formulate plans for business development

Candidate should have
Proven experience as a supervisor in a cafe, retail, or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
