We are seeking a well-presented, motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

College graduate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new software and systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.

Familiarity with office procedures and processes.

Working knowledge of office devices.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk and reception area, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, job candidates, and suppliers.

Handle administrative tasks such as answering and directing calls, managing email correspondence, coordinating meeting-room schedules, and processing deliveries.

Maintain and organize filing systems, contact databases, customer lists, and inventories.

Support internal teams by taking meeting minutes and preparing reports as needed.

Assist with other office duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
