Job Description for Kitchen DCDP:
Position: Demi-Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Location: Seef Area
Reports to: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Cooking and Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.

Station Management: Take ownership of a specific section in the kitchen during service.

Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of dishes are maintained and that all food is presented as per the set standards.

Teamwork: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef as needed.

Stock Management: Assist with inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and rotated.

Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in line with food safety regulations.

Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role in a healthy kitchen environment.

Skills: Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a high-pressure environment.

Team-oriented: Must work well with others, adapt to different team dynamics, and contribute positively to the kitchen culture.

Passion: A genuine love for food and the culinary industry with an eagerness to learn and grow.
