Are you a skilled painter looking for your next opportunity? Racing Force International is seeking a talented painter to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the department managers to maintain an inventory of every item received.
2. Inspect the quality of each shell prior to painting.
3. Separate the accepted shells from the defective shells (with pinholes, and scratches) and ensure the defective shells are promptly returned to TDSP for rework.
4. Thoroughly clean the trolley and transfer the accepted shells to the spray booths with care.
5. If necessary, address any drops or orange skin texture on helmets.
6. Combine thinners with paints and other materials to achieve the desired color, and paint helmets according to the provided specifications.
7. Adhere to the paint manufacturer’s recommendations while painting and ensure appropriate flash-off times between coats.
8. Exercise proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
9. Clean painting equipment on a daily basis.
10. Ensure a clean and organized workspace is maintained.
11. Comply with the health and safety measures by wearing the proper personal protective equipment such as goggles, gloves, overalls, and masks prior to initiating any work.
12. Perform work in a safe manner and in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
13. Stay up to date with industry trends and new techniques in helmet painting.
14. Perform assignments and/or duties that relate to the field of competence as may be directed from time to time by the Technical Manager – Painting/Operations Manager - Surface Preparation Area

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Painter
Knowledge of painting techniques, Tools and Materials
Strong Attention to detail
