**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mason to join our construction team. The Mason will be responsible for building and repairing structures made of brick, stone, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, columns, arches, and other structures using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to fit specifications.
- Mix and prepare mortar or other bonding materials for use in construction.
- Lay and secure bricks, stones, and other materials, ensuring proper alignment and level.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with other construction workers, supervisors, and contractors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional).
- Certification or apprenticeship in masonry is a plus.
