A leading Developer & Property Management Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Handyman for civil .

Job Description :

Must have knowledge in basic carpentry works like shuttering works.
Should have knowledge in basic plumbing works like Water Heater installation, Hand spray installation, Checking water pressure, installation of wash basin mixer, shower mixers, Water pump, Water Tanks etc.
Must have knowledge in basic electrical works like replacing of light fixtures, cable pulling, cable testing, DB panel testing etc.
Should have knowledge in masonry works like block fixing, plastering and chipping works
Should have knowledge in gypsum works like fixing of channel and board fixing and must have knowledge in painting works like preparation and maintenance works.

Requirements :

Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in works
Qualification - Diploma in any of the field like Electrical, Plumbing, AC etc.
Communication skills- English, Hindi.
