URGENT NEEDS : POSITION REQUIREMENTS: INVENTORY CONTROLLER & STOREKEEPER

Job opportunities available at our company for the positions of Inventory Controller and
Storekeeper.
We are looking for qualified individuals who can effectively manage and maintain our stock
inventory for the entire market.
 
1. For the Inventory Controller position, responsibilities will include
a. Reviewing demand patterns,
b. managing stock turnover,
c. making acquisition decisions,
d. receiving and examining goods,
e. preparing category-wise items,
f. entering material information into the system,
g. conducting regular inventory analysis,
h. supporting accounting management, and
i. assisting in internal control formulation and policy compliance.

 
2. As for the Storekeeper position, key responsibilities will include
a. receiving and inspecting incoming materials,
b. maintaining accurate records of inventory levels,
c. conducting stock counts,
d. coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries,
e. record-keeping,
f. warehouse maintenance,
g. issuing and dispatching orders and collaborating with other departments to fulfil
material requests.

 
To be considered for these positions, we require candidates with the following.
 proven experience in inventory management in the Supermarket/Retail industry,
 excellent knowledge of stock taking and reporting,
 proficiency in data analysis and forecasting,
 familiarity with MS Office and inventory management/accounting software,
 understanding of warehouse operations,
 good communication skills,
 attention to detail,
 problem-solving ability, and
 a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
 
For the Storekeeper position, applicants should have
 a high school diploma or equivalent,
 proven experience in a similar role,
 familiarity with inventory management software,
 attention to detail in record-keeping,
 physical stamina for lifting and moving objects,
 organizational and time management skills,

 ability to work independently and as part of a team,
 good communication skills, and
 knowledge of warehouse operations.
