Position Available: Administrative Staff

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Administrative Staff. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.


* Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls,
and letters.
* Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to Human
* Resources, Finance and Marketing.
* Prepare business/sale proposals and quotations.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
* Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
* Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
