Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor children’s activities within the play area to ensure safety and proper conduct.
• Assist children in using play equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to parents and guardians.
• Observe and enforce playground rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Keep the play area clean and organized, ensuring equipment is in good condition.
• Respond calmly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents, following safety protocols.
• Engage with children in a positive and energetic manner, encouraging inclusive play.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the management team.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience working with children is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
• Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in stressful situations.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
