Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyze financial statements.
* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
* Conduct audits and financial risk assessments.
* Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 5 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in Tally.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA (preferred but not mandatory).
