The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in machine maintenance, with a strong understanding of both preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures. The candidate can be an engineering graduate or a diploma holder and must have a proven track record of successfully handling the maintenance of various machineries.

Primary Job Responsibilities
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking tool drawings, repair manuals, and parts catalogues as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other engineers and maintenance personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.

Experience Expected

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Diploma in a relevant field.

IT/ Software Proficiency
• Must have hands-on experience on Microsoft Office tools and widely used software.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
