We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, with expertise in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.
• Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 8 to 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Bahrain.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing field is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
