We are looking for a talented Office Admin who brings organizational excellence and has a passion for photography and videography. The ideal candidate will manage office operations while creating visual content that aligns with our brand goals. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for a highly organized individual with a creative eye and technical skills in media production.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Perform day-to-day office tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Organize and file documents, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
Support data entry, track important information, and assist with general administrative duties.
Collaborate with the team to support operational and project-based tasks.
Photography and Videography:

Capture high-quality photos and videos for events, promotions, and other company needs.
Edit and enhance visual content using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Create engaging content tailored for social media, marketing materials, and website use.
Ensure visual content aligns with company branding and messaging strategies.
Maintain and organize photo and video equipment, ensuring content delivery timelines are met.
Preferred Skills:

Social media content creation or management experience.
Basic graphic design skills.
Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 - BD180.000 per month
