Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical specifications to clients
• Create detailed quotations and proposals for building material projects
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profit margins
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecast reports in CRM system
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in building materials or construction industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience with construction project bidding processes
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
