Eligibility Criteria:

Visa Status: Local transfer candidates only (Flexi or Work Visa holders can apply).
Experience: Must have prior hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Front Office Operations:

Manage reservations and room assignments.
Ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Communication:

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain guest records and update system databases.
Prepare daily reports and assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in hotel management software.
Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
