Job Description
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and public address systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians and helpers. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of installations, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise. Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of ELV systems to ensure they are fully operational and meet client requirements. Address any issues that arise during this phase.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and financial records. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services. Ensure that subcontractors meet project standards and deadlines.
Post-Project Support: Provide post-project support, including system maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the final product and address any post-installation issues.
