Salary can be negotiates depends on experience and interview.

These are following requirements needed;

Proven work experience a Secretary or Admin Assistant in recruitment field.
Good communications in customer service.
Negotiation skills.
The ability to be proactive and use your initiatives; to see what needs doing and to do it.
Flexibility and Easy to Adapt.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organising and servicing meetings(producing agendas and taking minutes)
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Proficiency in MS Office.
