Description

Staff Solutions are urgently in need of staff for recruitment and can immediately start once hired.
Salary can be negotiates depends on experience and interview.

These are qualifications needed:

Proven work experience as Secretary or Admin Assistant in recruiting.
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Negotiation skills
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative; to see what needs doing and to do it.
Proficiency in MS Office
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments.
Organizing and Servicing Meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
