Description

- Good understanding of English (Reading / Writing)
- Good manual skills
- Computer, Word and Excel basic knowledge

We are seeking an operator who would be in charge of ensuring seedling, plants growth monitoring and assist staff with various tasks on sites and in our office. This position involve driving a light vehicle (delivery of plants and administrative requests).

Responsibilities :

- Assemble basic systems, using driller and other tools
- Plan and execute growth cycles for different plant varieties and microgreens.
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and nutrient levels.
- Deliver plants to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the plants growth.
- Harvest and package crops according to quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of cultivation activities and crop yields.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist staff with any administrative request

Qualifications:

- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and use tools like driller.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and manual skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in hydroponic agriculture or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of cultivation techniques is a plus but not required.

Salary is 250 BHD (all inclusive). Visa provided by the company
