Job description:
Looking for a bartender who will be solely responsible for managing the bar, prepare signature cocktails and mocktails, keep bar account, maintain beverage inventory.

Candidate profile:
Looking for a dynamic person capable of preparing creative mixes, having good bar skills, in depth knowledge of wines, familiarity to products available in local market and utilization of the same to innovate unique products, good client handling. Should be able to handle initial set up of the bar and other related pre-opening activities. Good social media presence and skills will be an added advantage.
