We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Night Club Manager to lead and enhance our vibrant club scene, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s nightclub, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain an energetic and efficient team environment.

Coordinate with event planners, DJs, and performers to organize and execute special events.

Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase the nightclub’s visibility and patronage.

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability.

Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Night Club Manager in Bahrain.

Proven track record in managing high-end nightlife operations, including staff leadership, event management, and guest relations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of the local nightlife scene and trends in Bahrain.

Fluent in English

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights.
