Description

Responsibilities:

Order Pickup and Delivery: Efficiently pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers within the designated delivery area, ensuring promptness and food safety.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by handling orders with care, maintaining a polite and friendly attitude, and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Payment Handling: Collect payments from customers when necessary (cash on delivery) and ensure safe and accurate cash handling.
Order Management: Communicate with the restaurant and, if needed, the customer regarding any updates or changes to the order.
Adherence to Routes: Follow delivery routes and time schedules as assigned, ensuring fuel efficiency and timely service.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, report any issues, and ensure it remains clean and in good working condition.
Compensation:

Base Salary: A fixed monthly salary (specific amount to be determined by the employer based on location, experience, and company standards).
Commission: 7.5% commission on the total value of orders delivered. This incentivizes prompt service, quality customer interaction, and increased delivery volume.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
Own Bike: Driver must have a personal motorbike for delivery purposes.
Experience in delivery or logistics (preferred).
Familiarity with the local area and a reliable GPS or map-reading skills.
Strong customer service skills, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours.
This structure ensures the driver has a stable income with added motivation to increase delivery efficiency and enhance the customer experience through the commission incentive.
