Our production department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embroidery Machine Operator, who can operate below tasks;

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up of machines including, but not limited to; retrieval of digitized files and loading to machines for embroidery and placing spools of required thread into machines.
• Can make designs for machine embroidery using PE design software. Can make embroidery on leather, fabric, and caps.
• Clear and constant communication with supervisors and other operators regarding production, schedules, and any complications

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• Relevant experience of at least two years preferred
• Knowledge and operation of computers
• Adept attention to detail and consistent, reliable performance of tasks
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and process written and verbal instruction in English


Requirements:

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Receives work orders; prepares garments, hats, and other promotional items for embroidery.
2. Transfers digitized files from computer to embroidery machine.
3. Performs daily maintenance on the embroidery machine, including threading and oiling of parts.
4. Matches thread colors with customer-approved designs.
5. Monitors to the embroidery process for accuracy and quality.
6. Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
