We are seeking a motivated and friendly male receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Provide information to clients and assist with inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
