Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Stock inventory and maintain a clean and well-organized work area

Experience Required
• 2+ years of experience as barista
• Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques
• Experience with a variety of coffee brewing methods
• Knowledge of coffee beans and roasting profiles
• Ability to create and design latte art

Education Level
• High school diploma or equivalent

License/ Certifications/ Trainings
• NA

IT/ Software Proficiency
• NA

Personal Attributes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects
