Job description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant employee who can run the below tasks professionally:

Handle Financial Closings: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments for all vendors and suppliers through various payment channels on a daily basis, ensuring all transaction documents are attached and properly filed.
Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash transactions, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Invoice and Document Preparation: Prepare invoices, receipts, and LPOs for clients and suppliers.
Financial Data Management: Maintain confidentiality of financial data, perform database backups, and comply with financial policies and regulations.
Reporting and Analysis: Produce error-free accounting reports, analyze financial information, and summarize financial status.
Transaction Monitoring: Track all transactions, including bank statements and credit card activities, to ensure accuracy.
Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients regarding financial matters.
Account Management: Prepare entries for asset, liability, and capital accounts by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documentation and Auditing: Document financial transactions by entering account information and substantiating them through auditing.
Salary Management: Handle accounting aspects of driver and rider salaries, including cash salary payments.
Cash and COD Management: Receive and reconcile COD payments with riders, close transactions with shops, and handle cash deposits and withdrawals at the bank.
VAT Return Procedures: Manage VAT return procedures in compliance with regulations.
Zoho System Management: Register all transactions, including receivables and payables, in the Zoho system.
Asset and Prepayment Management: Maintain records of fixed assets and manage prepayments.
Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
