We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with experience in social media management, branding, and collateral design to join our team. This role involves crafting visually compelling content for social media, developing brand assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, social media trends, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Design eye-catching posts, stories, and other social media content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the audience.
- Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Propose and implement innovative content formats to boost engagement, such as animations, GIFs, and short videos.

2. Brand Development & Collateral Design:
- Lead the development of brand identity, including logo design, typography, color schemes, and other brand guidelines.
- Design branding collaterals such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital and print content to maintain a unified brand image.

3. Creative Concept Development:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, creative ideas for social media and branding.
- Design promotional materials for campaigns, events, and product launches, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in graphic design, brand development, and social media content creation (portfolio required).
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
4. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
