Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This individual will work closely with our team to shape our online marketing strategies, ensuring they align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
Create engaging and relevant content to promote our services across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels to increase web traffic and improve SEO.
Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for consistent digital presence.
Monitor and report performance metrics and optimize campaigns for best results.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and SEM.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Experience with social media, content creation, and marketing platforms.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Bahrain market is a plus.
