Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes across continental, Arabic, and American cuisines
Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to develop and refine recipes
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with inventory, ordering, and managing kitchen supplies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Proficiency in continental, Arabic, and American cuisine techniques
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
