A Freight Forwarding Sales Executive with extensive knowledge of the industry, experience in supply chain and logistics, and strong lead generation skills is needed to lead a team of driven sales executives.

Responsibilities:

? Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

? Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

? Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients

? Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales executives.

Skills and qualifications:

? Five or more years of managing sales, especially from Sea Fright.

? Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
