Position: Operations and Sales Manager

A Well Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for Operations and Sales Manager with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cleaning Company.

A GCC driving license is a must.

Duties and responsibilities
- Managing sales data
- Reporting sales and campaign results.
- Communicating news and wins.
- Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by the team.
- Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators.
- Managing sales representative compensation plans and incentives.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Should have experience in Janitorial and cleaning service management
- Excellent written/spoken communication skills
- Solution driven individual and Proactive in reporting.
- Decision maker and Time management skills
- Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff.
- Resolve complaints or issues team members have during cleanings
- Ensure their cleaners complete tasks on time

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cleaning Company.
- A GCC driving license is a must.
