Job Title: 3D Visualizer – Interior Design Studio

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our interior design studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces. You will work closely with our design team to bring design concepts to life through compelling visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renderings for interior design projects (residential, commercial, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and architects to translate 2D concepts into 3D visuals.
• Develop and present design proposals, including color schemes, materials, and furniture layouts.
• Produce high-quality renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion).
• Ensure accuracy in representing design details, such as lighting, textures, and proportions.
• Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide revisions and adjustments based on client and team feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D rendering and interior design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in an interior design or architecture setting.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and composition for realistic rendering.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate, lifelike representations of design concepts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with design teams and present ideas to clients.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualization and rendering (required).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) visualizations.
• Knowledge of interior design trends, furniture, and decor styles.
• Familiarity with post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop for image enhancement.
