Description

Multi-branch Cafe is looking for an Operations Manager. Experience in the F&B industry is a MUST and Odoo software knowledge is a plus point.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure branch managers and team members help improve productivity and quality of the guest
experience by visiting branches regularly and monitoring closely
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut wastage
- Train staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling
complaints about food or service quality
- Build a scheme for branches to encourage and increase Sales targets
- Control Inventories for branches/market/central kitchen
- Assist in managing all HR and related duties/responsibilities/queries
- Regularly and as needed, prepare required Reporting to the company’s management
