We are seeking an experienced and talented Commissary to join our team at our bakery, known for its exceptional canap?s and savory delights. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a wide variety of salty and savory foods, including pizza, mini sandwiches, kubba, vine leaves, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a range of small canap?s and savory dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the development of new savory items based on customer demand and seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a commissary or bakery setting.
• Strong knowledge of savory food preparation, including canap?s, pizza, kubba, vine leaves, and mini sandwiches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
