We are looking for MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems function efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improvements.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
• Dilploma or ITI in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Who knows the computer to make reports.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Bahrain.
• Experience with VRV A/C systems, including installation and maintenance.
