Description

We are looking for a female Filipino Office Assistant with a background in accounting.


Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Office Management
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
- Must be experienced in Accounting , Ledging , balance sheet preparation , invoicing , profit and lost report
- VAT declaration , preparation of the documents for auditors , other administrative and government job
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
- Assist to file legal documents and carry out administrative and government tasks
- Help prepare legal documents
- Participate in the billing process, new matter and closing matter request forms,
enter monthly timesheets as well as reminder for client payments and following up client billing queries.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Min 1 year of secretarial experience from a professional service company.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Working knowledge of record-keeping techniques
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Fluency in English
