Job Title: Spray Painter - Signage Industry

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter with a background in the signage industry. The role involves painting signs made from materials like metal, plastic, and acrylic. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying smooth, even finishes using spray guns.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare signage surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Mix and apply paint or coatings with spray equipment.
Ensure even coverage and fix any paint defects (drips, uneven spots).
Follow design and color specifications to achieve the desired look.
Maintain and clean spray equipment.
Follow safety procedures when handling paint and chemicals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a spray painter in the signage or related industries.
Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
Experience with materials like metal, plastic, and acrylic.
Knowledge of spray painting tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Basic understanding of safety rules when working with chemicals and spray equipment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Any certification in spray painting or a related field is a bonus.
