**Job Opening: Office Admin/Secretary for Private Office**

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform office admin and secretarial duties.

- Maintain records of rental collections and payables.

- Manage vehicles, ensuring maintenance, insurance renewal, and compliance with traffic laws.

- Receive and prioritize property maintenance requests.

- Schedule maintenance personnel based on instructions from the Engineer or supervisor.

- Monitor and track all maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion.

- Arrange regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

- GCC Driving License (preferred).

- Proficient in computer skills (mandatory).

- Arabic speaker is a plus.

Salary: 150 - 200 BHD depending on experience. **DO NOT APPLY IF EXPECTED SALARY IS NOT WITHIN THIS RANGE.**
