Position: Experienced Accountant with HR Background

We are seeking a qualified Experienced Accountant with a strong background in Human Resources to enhance our financial and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Support recruitment efforts by analyzing compensation structures and benefits packages.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
Conduct HR data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Experience in LMRA, GOSI and other regulatory entities

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of accounting experience, with an emphasis on HR functions.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS systems.
