Our Catering company is a leading catering committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious food to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Food Quality Controller to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Identify and report any deviations or quality issues.
• Work closely with production staff to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
• Train staff on hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in food quality control or a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in food safety (preferred).
