Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Qualifications: secretarial studies or office admin.

Duties :
1.Answering phone calls and emails
2.Greeting and directing office visitors.
3.Building spreadsheets or presentations.
4.Organizing & scheduling meetings & events
5.Managing data in spreadsheets & reports
6.Keeping records & reports up to date"
6.Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
7.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
8.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
9.Assist colleagues whenever necessary
