### Job Responsibilities:
- *Guest Services*: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in/out, and manage their requests efficiently.
- *Reservations*: Manage bookings, handle cancellations, and maintain accurate records.
- *Customer Support*: Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about the hotel and surrounding areas, and handle complaints professionally.
- *Cash Handling*: Process payments and manage transactions (cash, card, and online).
- *Communication*: Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service for guests.
- *Administrative Tasks*: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle clerical tasks as needed.

### Qualifications:
- *Experience*: Prior experience as a receptionist or in hospitality is preferred and mandatory.
- *Skills*: Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and good problem-solving abilities.
- *Languages*: Proficiency in English, Arabic is advantage.
- *Appearance*: Presentable and professional demeanor in line with hotel standards.
- *Flexibility*: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
